Tips from the chandler: Trim wick to ¼ inch before each and every burn to prevent soot buildup around glass. Do not burn more than 4 hours at a time to ensure you control the temperature of the melt pool which helps your candles last longer and burn more safely. Cover your candle after each burn to prevent dust and other air pollutants from settling on the surface, never burn a candle with any debris on the surface. Always keep an eye on a lit candle and keep out of reach away from little ones. All of our products are lovingly handcrafted by our team in small batches in South Boston, MA.

The Noted story began in 2015 as a hobby for our founder who wanted her apartment to feel more like home. She found candles were the perfect way to invite warmth and coziness into her space. She began experimenting in her kitchen, working on a combination of fresh scents, safe ingredients and minimalist design she couldn't find elsewhere.
In 2019 Noted was acquired by Ashley Seamans, of Boston based Local Maker. Ashley and team now lovingly make each soy candle and reed diffuser by hand in small batches from their South Boston studio. Although the brand has grown and the products have evolved, the core foundation is the same: fresh and unique fragrances inspired by nature, clean ingredients, and a simple aesthetic.
We offer free shipping over $150 / $5 flat rate otherwise via ground, USPS, within the continental US. We also offer expedited, 2-Day UPS for $15.
We are also currently doing free return shipping (please see our return policy) - if you need to return something, contact us for a shipping label with your order information. If you need to exchange something, you will be responsible for the return shipping, but we will cover the outgoing shipping of the new item.
Orders can take 2-4 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Given the rotation of our brands, we ask that you return any items that you don't love within 14 days for a full refund.
If outside of 14 days, we will issue a store credit within 30 days of purchase. The timeframe starts from when the package arrives to you and closes when the package arrives back to us (not when the label is requested).
We are unable to accept returns after these timeframes. Thank you for understanding!
To initiate a return, please forward your order confirmation email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you a return mailing label. Please send your return package back within 3 days of receiving the return label and include your packing slip.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with no signs of wear or tear (think: make-up, deodorant). It must also have all original tags/packaging. If you received an item that is damaged, please contact us right away.
Gift cards are not eligible for returns.
